After Humane Long Island observed exotic pet store Creepy Creatures advertising a raffle that offered live snakes, geckos, tarantulas, and other animals as prizes, we contacted our colleagues at the Nassau County SPCA who visited the Farmingdale business.
Creepy Creatures responded by immediately canceling its unlawful promotion, removing advertisements in store and online, and vowing to reimburse its customers.
